VII Ventures is a Segregated Portfolio Company headquartered in the Cayman Islands. It is regulated by the Cayman Islands Private Funds Law 2020 and registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). The Company is an umbrella structure comprising separate compartments with segregated liability. Each compartment shall have segregated liability from the other compartments and the Company shall not be liable as a whole to third parties for the liabilities of each compartment. Investment in the Funds is only suitable for investors seeking long-term capital appreciation who understand the risks involved in investing in the Company, including the risk of loss of all capital invested.
